Months of eating right . ..

Months of early morning swims, bikes, runs or bricks,

Months of fatigue, soreness, and anxiety . . ..

Five years since "The accident"

Dude, packing is a bitch! What did I forget? My salt tablets? My xtra socks? My spare tire CO2 cartridge?

Am I ready for this? Have I trained enough? Tapered enough? Eaten enough calories n the bike? Too many solids on the bike? How is my sodium level?

Gunning for a 12 hour Ironman finish . .. WORTH IT ALL!!!
